Any way back to watching Bones and doing Uni

Ok so I know only a few people read this but I'm putting a call out for help.
I've been told about using programs to help convert drawing to computer for colouring but its not working.
I have a design I want to use for a comp but I need to get it into a computer format, I can't draw using the computer and I dont have a tablet. how do people do it??? all I need to do is get the drawing onto the computer as a line art/color-in picture so I can just tip the clours I want where I want them everyother time i've done it I've had to spend ages getting rid of all the fuzzy 'grey areas' of line.  

I NEED HELP!!!
